Inside4
Brand & Experience Learning System
A brand and product-led onboarding and learning platform for Channel 4, designed to help new hires explore, interact with, and understand the end-to-end processes and departments involved in media production.
Inside4 functions as an interactive guide, bringing together learning, storytelling, and digital experience design into a cohesive platform that introduces employees to how Channel 4 operates across teams, workflows, and production environments.
The project focused on translating complex organisational structures into a clear, engaging, and scalable onboarding experience—combining brand, interaction design, and systems thinking to create a platform that supports both learning and cultural understanding.
