Product-Led Interactive Platform

Wingfinders is an interactive website experience designed to communicate behavioural insight in a way that feels clear, engaging, and memorable. Built using Red Bull’s extensive media library, the platform was developed to push Wingfinders beyond recruitment and into a long-term learning experience with relevance in an increasingly AI driven world.

My Role

Head of Design — led UI design and interaction direction, shaping the overall experience in collaboration with delivery teams. Hands on across interface design, motion and parallax behaviour, and visual storytelling.

Challenge

The core challenge was making complex behavioural information feel accessible and “stick”, while keeping the experience lightweight, intuitive, and scalable. The platform also needed to evolve beyond a single purpose tool and feel future ready as expectations around digital learning shift rapidly.

Approach

The experience was designed as a product, not a campaign. I focused on a strong narrative flow supported by clear UI patterns and purposeful motion. Parallax animation and interaction were used to create energy and momentum without distracting from comprehension, while Red Bull’s media library was integrated to reinforce story, tone, and engagement throughout the journey.
