Pitch to Air & Get Discovered is a comprehensive rethinking of global onboarding for Discovery. The framework maps learning from recruitment through the first 90 days, helping new hires arrive informed, engaged, and ready to contribute.

Create a cohesive onboarding experience that connects recruitment, early learning, and cultural immersion into a single, motivating journey for a global audience.

Approach

The onboarding was designed as a connected learning framework, aligning content, messaging, and experience from first contact through to day 90. Clear progression, consistent tone, and energising content were used to build momentum and help new hires feel confident and prepared as they transitioned into their roles.
