Fujitsu Infinite

Product-Led Transformation & Engagement Platform

Fujitsu Infinite is a collaborative engagement platform that enabled people across Fujitsu to define a shared digital mindset. Insight captured through the programme directly informed Fujitra, the organisation’s global digital transformation initiative.

My Role

Head of Design — led design strategy and creative direction, with hands on responsibility for UX and UI design, illustration, and 3D animation, working closely with transformation, product, and leadership teams.

Challenge

Create an inclusive, engaging way for a global workforce to participate in digital transformation and contribute meaningfully to a shared understanding of what a digital mindset means in practice.

Approach

The programme was designed as a three stage experience, combining online and offline activity to encourage participation and capture insight at scale. UX and UI design focused on clarity and progression, while illustration and 3D animation were used to visualise abstract concepts and create a shared, engaging narrative across stages.
