Product-Led Health & Safety Learning Platform
Safe & Sound is an immersive virtual learning experience designed to build health and safety awareness within a realistic workplace setting. Set in a virtual Meta office, the platform encourages active exploration and decision making around everyday safety risks.
My Role
Head of Design — led design strategy and creative direction, working closely with Product, Engineering, and learning stakeholders.
Challenge
Move health and safety training beyond passive instruction, helping users actively recognise, assess, and respond to common workplace hazards.
Approach
The experience was designed as an interactive virtual workspace. Users explore the environment, identify potential hazards, and engage in conversations with characters to understand risks and appropriate responses. Scenario based interaction was used to encourage observation, reflection, and applied learning.
