Product-Led Learning & Simulation Platform
Perfect Store is an interactive digital learning product created for Red Bull to help teams quickly understand and apply the Perfect Store concept. The experience delivers an engaging, game led introduction in under 30 minutes, with clear pathways to deeper learning.

Head of Design — led design strategy and creative direction, working closely with Product, Learning, and Engineering teams.
Challenge
Create an engaging learning experience that moves beyond traditional e-learning, helping users actively understand and apply Perfect Store principles in realistic, time pressured scenarios.
Approach
The platform was designed as a hands on simulation rather than passive content. Users interact with a virtual convenience store, making rapid decisions under time constraints, supported by optional data sources. Game mechanics, scoring, and feedback were used to reinforce learning and encourage exploration of supporting resources.
