Challenge

Create an engaging learning experience that moves beyond passive training, helping users actively understand and apply health and safety concepts across diverse operational contexts.

Approach

The experience was designed as an interactive virtual world, where learners engage in conversations with virtual characters to work through realistic health and safety challenges. Scenario based interaction was paired with a rapid assessment and feedback loop to reinforce understanding and support learning outcomes.
