Enhancing Our Vision was a multi channel campaign designed to challenge assumptions, open minds, and encourage conversation around diversity, equity, and inclusion within KPMG. The work combined campaign thinking with experiential and content led design.
My Role
Head of Design - led creative direction and experience design, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to align messaging, content, and execution.
Challenge
Create an engaging campaign that moved beyond awareness, encouraged meaningful dialogue, and actively supported KPMG’s diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Approach
The campaign was designed as a conversation starter, using media content and activist-led storytelling to provoke reflection and engagement. Visual language, tone, and messaging were carefully balanced to remain open, inclusive, and accessible while encouraging participation rather than passive consumption.
