Product-Led Learning Platform

Ocado Buyers is a digital learning product created for the Commercial Academy at Ocado Retail. The platform supports new buyers through a structured onboarding journey, combining a 12 week programme with digital resources to support long term development.

My Role

Head of Design — led design strategy and creative direction, working closely with learning, product, and delivery teams.

Challenge

Create a cohesive and engaging learning experience that supports onboarding while remaining clear, scalable, and easy to navigate for new buyers.

Approach

The academy was designed as a single, coherent product, bringing together structured learning, supporting resources, and ongoing development tools. A bespoke visual identity and a consistent set of animations were used to create clarity, reinforce learning, and maintain coherence across the full programme.
